How do I buy your honey?
You can buy online right here, or in person if you'd rather visit. Once you order, we confirm a pickup time and prepare your honey fresh, then you collect it at our Laval, QC shop by appointment.
Do you ship?
No, we don't ship. We're a small family apiary, so every order is picked up in person at our Laval shop. This keeps the honey fresh and lets us meet the people who enjoy it.
Where and when do I pick up my order?
At 3003 8e rue, Laval, QC H7V 1N7, daily 10am to 7pm by appointment. After you buy, we'll confirm a time that works for you.
Is your honey really raw and unfiltered?
Yes. Our honey is unpasteurized, unfiltered and hand-harvested from our hives in Mascouche and Cap-Saint-Jacques. We never heat, blend or add anything, so it keeps all its natural enzymes and floral character.
Does raw honey crystallize?
Yes, and it's a sign of purity. Raw honey naturally sets over time. Enjoy it crystallized, or gently warm the jar in warm water to return it to liquid.
