Miel D'or's Raw Quebec Honey is a pure, unpasteurized, and hand-harvested delicacy straight from our family-run apiary in Mascouche. Extracted with care from wild, untouched forests, this golden honey is rich in enzymes, antioxidants, and natural flavor, exactly as nature intended. Available in two textures, liquid or crystallized, our raw honey is never heated or filtered, preserving all its natural nutrients and floral essence. Whether drizzled over toast or stirred into tea, it delivers a smooth, wholesome sweetness you can taste.

I've been doing business with Rado for two years, and the quality has never disappointed me! He has liquid honey, honeycombs, drone milk, you name it. This is real honey, and the quality is impeccable.

The taste is real. Love it, natural, really something you don't find these days. Would buy it again.
Good to know
Both are the exact same raw honey. Liquid is smooth and pourable; crystallized has set into a soft, spreadable texture over time. Crystallization is natural and a sign of purity. To return crystallized honey to liquid, gently warm the jar in warm water.
250g and 500g are perfect for trying us out or gifting. The 1kg jar is our most popular for everyday use, and the 5kg is best for families or serious honey lovers who go through it quickly.
Keep your jar sealed at room temperature, away from heat and sunlight. No refrigeration needed, raw honey never spoils.
Buy online or by phone, we confirm a pickup time, then you collect your order by appointment at our Laval, QC shop. We don't ship.

The real answer is more interesting than a simple yes or no, and it depends on which honey you choose.
