We're a small family apiary in Laval, QC. Here's how pickup, refunds, privacy and terms work.
You can buy online or in person, we do not ship. Once you order, we'll confirm a pickup time at our Laval shop. Pickups are by appointment only, daily 10am to 7pm, at 3003 8e rue, Laval, QC H7V 1N7. Please bring your confirmation and arrive within your booked window. To reschedule, call us at +1 (438) 528-0799.
Because honey is a perishable food product, all sales are final once collected. If something isn't right with your order at pickup, let us know on the spot and we'll make it right, a replacement jar or a refund. Unclaimed reserved orders are held for 7 days, after which the reservation is released. Questions? Email mieldorlaval@gmail.com.
We collect only what we need to serve you: your name, contact details and order information for pickups and appointments, and your email if you join our newsletter. We never sell your information. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete your details by emailing mieldorlaval@gmail.com.
By reserving with Miel D'or you agree to collect and pay for your order at pickup in Laval, QC. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change with each seasonal harvest. Product availability is limited and small-batch. Raw honey is a natural product; texture, colour and crystallization vary by season and are signs of authenticity. Raw honey should not be given to children under 12 months.
